Since 1962, Lajoie Bros. has been a fixture in the greater Augusta area as a building contractor that has had involvement with many projects, beginning with the foundation and ending with the finished project. A family-owned enterprise, their shadow has been cast over many projects and in particular, their generosity has benefited CARA in the development of the many playing fields that abut Piggery Road in Augusta. Their involvement has extended from outright donations of equipment and labor to reduced material costs, team sponsorships, sign rentals, and a sponsorship in the Bob Burns CARA Open Golf tournament since its inception 19 years ago.
